Method

Place 4 wedges of fresh lime and a handful of fresh mint in a glass with a tablespoon of sugar. Using a muddler or the end of a rolling pin, crush the mint, limes and sugar together.


Fill the glass with ice, crushed is best and mix everything together. Pour in the gin and tonic. Fresh berries go amazing with this too! Muddle them with the mint and limes.
